Video: A wild time in the grass with puppies
Video: Blue Moon a Turk wrestling

Brownie, Midnight, and Blue Moon 11-week-old male Lab mix puppies
Background: Dumped in Stockton in a large bin, these three puppies along with five other puppies were found by a good Samaritan. The good Sam found homes for three of the puppies, we found forever homes for two of them, and these three remain up for adoption.
What Blue Moon's foster says. What a wonderful guy! He spends his day in a large x-pen with access to an outside deck (to pee/poop)... hanging out with sibling Turk. Play, wrestle, snooze, eat... they are loving life. They've been able to sleep through the night from 11 PM to 6 AM. Blue Moon loves to be cuddled and held. But, beware his sharp puppy teeth. Cautiously interested in my own big dogs. Going outside to poop routinely, but still peeing inside (on pee pads and towels) at random -- work in progress.
What Midnight's foster says. Meet Midnight, the sweetest boy who believes personal space is just a suggestion. This charming gentleman takes his time when eating (so mindful!), enjoys binge-watching TV from your lap, and has recently discovered his passion for backyard excavation. After he gets his zoomies out, he transforms into a total couch potato who hands out kisses like they're going out of style. Surprisingly chill for a puppy, he's great with kids and large dogs, loves roughhousing with his brother, and has mastered the art of strategic cuddling. Warning: Midnight has zero concept of size-to-lap ratios and WILL climb aboard whether you're ready or not. If you're looking for a sweet, playful companion who thinks you're the best throne AND TV buddy ever, apply now before he digs his way into someone else's heart (and garden)! 🖤
What Brownie's foster says. Meet Brownie, a puppy genius who's wise beyond his weeks and has his priorities straight: food first, cuddles second, everything else is negotiable. This sweet boy is already responding to his name and mastering "sit" (especially when snacks are involved—he's not above using his brilliance for treats). Watch in awe as he channels his inner apex predator, stalking his brother like a tiny lion before pouncing into epic wrestling matches. But don't let the hunting skills fool you—once playtime is over, Brownie is surprisingly chill for a puppy and turns into a professional cuddler. He's great with kids and large dogs, and if you're looking for a food-motivated smarty pants who's equal parts sweet snuggler and playful goofball, Brownie is your guy. Apply now before someone else bribes him away with treats! 🤎
What Their Rescue Rep Says: Am thinking that these guys are Lab/pointer mixes... mebbe there is some Weimaraner in there... but who really knows. Our vet guesstimated their birthdate as 20 Jul 2025. They are restricted to home and backyard until late November due to not being fully vaccinated. Adopters with existing dog, cats, and/or children would be fine.
More of What Their Rescue Rep Says: Adopting a young puppy is much like having a newborn baby in the home: very demanding for care and attention, can't be left alone much, cries a lot -- especially at night when you want to sleep. Eat, poop/pee, play, sleep... repeat, repeat, repeat. Puppy-raising is also filled with joy and fun. Young puppies have sharp teeth and tend to go for human toes and arms when available. Young Lab puppies quickly grow up and become big rowdy juveniles that need lots of exercise and structure and patience from their humans.

Medical: Somewhat underweight when they joined our program, these boys are now packing on the pounds. They have received their first (of three) distemper vaccinations. Were recently treated for Coccidia (gastro-intestinal parasite) but all better now.
