SADIE Yellow Female Lab, Spayed, 8 Years Old, almost 60 lbs

Sadie needs your help. If you have ever felt a desire to adopt a truly rescue a dog, it would be hard to find a more deserving dog. She is active and energetic. In fact, so much so that one day she jumped a little too high trying to retrieve a ball (hey it's in her breed right) and she came down wrong. Physically she recovered well and can walk fine with no ill effects, but she did suffer from a herniated disc and may have an accident when she gets excited. It would be best that she's placed in a home without too many stairs. Sadly, this inside family dog became primarily an outside dog. The family has since separated due to alcoholism. Sadie, who was a loyal companion, now needs rescuing from a new family. Her blood work came back great and she is a healthy lab with lots of good energy. What she needs now is to find a loving home with someone to receive the love and attention she gives. She is such a great dog and deserves a new forever home. Sadie just moved to a foster home but was previously in a kennel where they just loved her. She loves to play with toys, run in the fields and play with the other dogs. Her companion Jake was adopted and she is doing fine without him but would love to be adopted soon. The owner is now in rehab and working on a new start in life.
