Nearly every day we received a call from one or more animal shelters in our service area. The person at the shelter informs our Representative that a Labrador Retriever is on death row and is facing the prospect of euthanasia very soon. Of course we try to save them all.

Urgent Need - Isolation Kennel Facility


GGLRR urgently needs to rent one or more kennels in our Northern California area that we can use to isolate Labs that we have rescued from death row in area shelters. We have had a recent rash of dogs that came down with kennel cough soon after we rescued them. These shelter dogs need to be kept away from other animals for approximately two weeks before we can place them with a family that has other household pets. If anyone has a kennel or stall in a horse barn available for rent, please contact doghouse@best.com
